Inside Dhaka: We deliver across all Dhaka city areas.
Outside Dhaka: We ship nationwide across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

During launch periods, campaigns, or public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Fees

Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge applies at checkout.
Outside Dhaka: Courier charges calculated at checkout based on location.

Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions — these will be clearly communicated on our website and social channels.

If You’re Unavailable at Delivery

If no one is available to receive the package:

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery again.
• You may receive a call or SMS to coordinate a new delivery time.
• If delivery fails multiple times, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
