By placing an order with Bare & Bloom, you agree to the terms below. We keep things simple, transparent, and fair — for both you and us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Please note:

• Orders placed with COD must be accepted upon delivery.
• Refusal of a confirmed COD order without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
• We reserve the right to request advance payment for future purchases if repeated refusals occur.

Our goal is to keep delivery affordable for everyone. Unaccepted parcels increase logistics costs and impact service quality.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Due to the hygienic nature of baby care and personal care products, all sales are final. Bare & Bloom does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@bareandbloom.org and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team, Bare & Bloom will arrange to ship a replacement product within 7–10 working days at no additional cost to you.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery, without sufficient photographic evidence, or for products showing signs of use may not be eligible for replacement.

Bare & Bloom reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.

• Slight variation in packaging or color tone may occur due to lighting or batch differences.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
